
Our story together started in 2016 at Landhaus Bacher and continued with an exciting opportunity at the opening of the Igniv restaurant in St.Moritz. After that, we became head chefs at Restaurant Blue Mustard in Vienna where we celebrated many achievements, such as receiving our first Michelin star, and being in the Top 50 Chefs Austria (Schlemmeratlas), and 50 Best Chefs Austria (Rolling Pin).
Since 2019 we have lived as chef nomads, creating culinary moments at pop-up and private events through our company Kochnomaden. Our philosophy is to present cuisine brimming with sustainability and to support small regional farmers and fishermen, as well as breaking up traditional fine dining structures.
