After working in France for four years, Oliver Pape returned to the Czech Republic, where he took part in MasterChef Česko. After appearing on the show, he started working at Entrée Restaurant in Olomouc, one of the most respected restaurants in the Czech Republic.
Oliver loves to combine his twin passions of cooking and fishing. His philosophy is that fish should be cooked in nature, when it is at its freshest, and prepared with the respect it deserves. Recreational fishing has been a hobby of his for almost twenty years, and he returns to it whenever he feels the need to be still.
Oliver Pape is currently focusing on private cooking and degustation dinners. In the future, he would like to own a small restaurant focused on local and sustainable food.
